Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon
Up to £80,000 plus car allowance or electric vehicle scheme, mileage, temporary accommodation available
A rare opportunity for a surgically focused Veterinary Surgeon to step into a true leadership role within a progressive, multi site small animal group in Greater London.
This position is ideal for an Advanced Practitioner, certificate holder, or senior vet with a strong background in orthopaedics and complex soft tissue surgery who is keen to lead, influence clinical standards, and build a high quality in house surgical service.
The role
- A newly created position providing surgical leadership across three modern, well equipped practices, all within easy reach of central London.
- Predominantly surgical with a small amount of consulting to support case flow and post operative care.
- Daily protected admin time.
- Opportunity to develop internal and external referral streams.
- Mentorship and clinical support to colleagues across sites.

The package
- Up to £80,000 basic salary depending on experience.
