Sophie joined Lloyd & Cowan in 2021, bringing recruitment experience since 2019 and now holds a senior role within the team. She focuses on permanent veterinary placements across the UK, Ireland & the USA while also supporting and mentoring the wider recruitment team, sharing her market knowledge and experience to help others succeed.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling, staying active, and spending time with her dog, Nala.
