I’m working with a brand-new, purpose-built small animal practice due to open in the West Sussex area in the coming weeks, and they’re looking to bring in a Veterinary Surgeon to be part of the founding team.
This is a rare chance to join a practice from day one. You’ll have real input into how the clinic runs, how the team works together, and how medicine is delivered, rather than stepping into something already fixed.
The practice has been thoughtfully designed with modern facilities, new equipment, and a clean, spacious layout, with a strong focus on creating a supportive, enjoyable working environment. The emphasis here is very much on doing good medicine, building client relationships, and enjoying coming to work.
The Role
- Small animal, first-opinion GP
- Full-time or part-time considered
- No out-of-hours
- Some weekend work on a rota basis
- Opportunity to help shape the practice as it grows
They’re keen to speak with a vet who is confident in general practice, enjoys being part of a team, and would like to play an active role in developing a new clinic.
