Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. Their practice handles a diverse caseload, and they take pride in providing excellent care to their clients and their pets.
The Role:
You'll enjoy a mix of consulting and surgery, with opportunities for career progression, including supporting the Clinical Director with business development and team growth. For the right candidate, there may be future opportunities to step into a Clinical Director role.
Flexible Rota:
This full-time role offers a great work/life balance with a 4-day week, no out-of-hours, and a 2:6 weekend rotation (Saturday shifts 8:00am-4:00pm and 9am-12pm). They’re open to discussing flexible schedules, including part-time or condensed working days.
About them:
This is a well-established, small animal practice with locations in Woking, Bagshot, and Addlestone. They recently upgraded theirr Woking site and continue to invest in modernizing all locations. Their facilities include dental radiography, VVS ultrasound scanners, and advanced patient care equipment.
You’ll be part of a supportive team of 9 Vets, 8 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 2 ANAs, and experienced receptionists. They foster a family-like atmosphere, with plenty of support, cake, and even an SOS chocolate station!
Salary:
Up to £65,000 DOE
