Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Surgeon | Kildare

This is a well set up, fully equipped emergency hospital in Kildare, handling a busy and varied out of hours caseload. It’s a proper ECC environment, not just patch up and pass on, so you’ll get exposure to both medical and surgical cases.
The Role
- Monday to Thursday night rota, one week in three
- 4 nights on followed by 2 weeks off
- Option for a more frequent or full time night pattern if preferred
- Managing and triaging emergency cases
- Stabilising and treating critical patients
- Performing emergency procedures and surgeries
- Working alongside an experienced nursing and support team

- Strong emphasis on CPD and ongoing development
What They’re Looking For
- Small animal vet with 2+ years’ experience
- Confident with routine surgery and general practice
- Comfortable working independently on nights
- Interest in ECC, whether developing or experienced
Salary & Benefits
- €65,000 to €75,000 pro rata, depending on experience
