The Opportunity
This role offers a mix of hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibility, ideal for a vet looking to take the next step while still enjoying a strong clinical focus.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team, with access to visiting specialists and referral hospitals, allowing you to manage a wide variety of cases and continue developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality GP veterinary care including consults, surgery, and dentistry
Manage medical cases with a strong, evidence-based approach
Provide guidance and mentorship to vets and nursing staff
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Support clinic performance, workflow, and day-to-day operations
Maintain high clinical and professional standards
About You
Registered Veterinarian (or eligible in Australia)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in small animal practice
Confident in both clinical work and team support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, collaborative, and ready to take on leadership responsibility
