The Opportunity
This role offers a mix of hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibility, ideal for a vet looking to take the next step while still enjoying a strong clinical focus.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team, with access to visiting specialists and referral hospitals, allowing you to manage a wide variety of cases and continue developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality GP veterinary care including consults, surgery, and dentistry
- Manage medical cases with a strong, evidence-based approach
- Provide guidance and mentorship to vets and nursing staff
- Build strong, lasting client relationships
- Support clinic performance, workflow, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain high clinical and professional standards
About You
- Registered Veterinarian (or eligible in Australia)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in small animal practice
- Confident in both clinical work and team support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and ready to take on leadership responsibility
