Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon
Salary From: £50k-£60k per annum (FTE) depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours over 4-5 days (part time applications considered)
1:4 Saturdays 8:30-2pm
1:15 Sundays 8am-7pm (paid extra)
Our client who we are pleased to be working with have a wonderful opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a Hospital/mid-tier referral practice in Leicester!
Your role and responsibilities
The role involves consulting and operating in equal measure together with the possibility of being on the inpatient rota if this is an area of interest.
About them:
Their sites run independently and see their own varied caseloads. They have certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery and emergency critical care.
You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic, large, team of vets across their sites. Across the group they also have an experienced nursing team (including two surgical diploma holders) & a wonderful client care team who support them daily.
They offer some fantastic referral, OOH, and advanced services, but they equally champion their primary care vets, and the fantastic service they offer for routine and first opinion caseloads.
They are a nurse training practice and work closely with local universities & training colleges too.
