The Role
As Clinical Director, you’ll provide leadership across multiple practices on the island, ensuring exceptional standards of patient care, clinical governance, and team wellbeing. You’ll also play an active role in shaping the long-term direction of the business, alongside operational and nursing leadership.
Key responsibilities include:

Inspiring, guiding, and mentoring veterinary and nursing teams

Maintaining gold-standard patient and client care

Overseeing clinical rotas, development, and mentoring

Leading on case reviews, compliance, and best practice protocols

Acting as the clinical voice in business strategy and operations
About You
You’re an experienced MRCVS (minimum 5 years in practice) with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others. Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and collaborative by nature, you bring both clinical credibility and a people-first approach.

Salary: From £85,000+ (DOE) – with the benefit of Guernsey’s low tax rates
