​Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment is a Specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy. We supply and successfully place candidates to all the major veterinary groups as well as 1000s of independent practices across the UK.

We are working with a veterinary practice in Oxfordshire, who are seeking to appoint a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon, due to continued growth. This established practice is equipped with a wide range of equipment including arthroscopes, ultrasound, ECG and orthopaedic equipment.       

Key abilities:

  • Comfortable with a range of duties including consultations and routine surgeries

  • Offer a high-level of veterinary care to a loyal client base

  • Work closely with certificate holders to develop the practice and their day-to-day processes

  • The role will be 4 days per week with no OOHs required

  • You will join the weekend rota, shared between all Vets


  • A valid Veterinary licence, or meet the requirements

  • Recent graduate Vet, who wants to develop themselves in both medicine and surgery

  • Enjoy a friendly and supportive working environment
