Set within a charming riverside community in London, the practice benefits from a loyal, highly engaged client base and a genuine local “village” atmosphere.
The Role
This is a part-time leadership position working:

Monday, Thursday, and Friday each week

Shared Saturday rota (1 in 3)

1 in 10 hospital Sunday rotation
-
1 bank holiday per year
-
No on-call requirements
You’ll work closely with the existing associate vet and nursing team, combining clinical work with light operational oversight to help develop the practice and maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality consultations and surgery in a first-opinion setting

Support diary management and clinical workflow within the branch

Provide induction and guidance to new colleagues and locums

Assist with clinical governance and best-practice protocols

Foster a collaborative, respectful team culture

Ensure clear, thorough clinical records and appropriate case referrals when needed
The role shares some organisational duties with a Senior RVN, creating a balanced and well-supported leadership structure.
