Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are a specialist veterinary recruitment team and therefore we are working very closely with a veterinary practice in Lincolnshire, who are seeking to appoint a Registered Veterinary Nurse, in the near future. The practice is equipped with all the usual equipment including onsite ultrasound, digital x-ray and laboratory equipment.
Key abilities:
Help with general duties such as assisting Veterinary Surgeons with medical and surgical duties
Take part in Nurse consultations
Overall responsibility for nursing of in-patients
You will also have an opportunity to take part in minor procedures
Be confident to work alone when required
Shift patterns:
Full time hours required covering shifts between 8am to 6pm:
8am-4:30pm
8:30am-5pm
9:30am-6pm
Requirements:
Registered with the RCVS, or meet the requirements
Enjoy a good caseload both medically and surgically
Clinical coaching experience will be an advantage
Excellent team working skills
