The Practice
This is a well-established, well-regarded practice with a strong team dynamic. You'll be joining a mix of experienced vets, certificate holders, and colleagues currently working through further qualifications in both small and large animal fields. Mentorship is a real strength here, with a proven track record of helping new and recent graduates settle in, develop confidence, and progress—many of whom have gone on to stay long-term.
The Role
Full-time position (5 days per week)
Mixed caseload with flexibility depending on your preference
Well-structured on-call rota (around 1 in 6) with time off in lieu
Springtime rota includes a day off after a night on call
Encouragement to pursue certificates and shape your own path within the team
