Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a multi-vet practice that is seeking a new Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their established team. The practice is well equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound and dedicated operating theatre. You will be working alongside an experienced and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent care to their clients
You will see routine and more complex consultations, GP level surgery, dentistry and imaging and working with this spectacular team in continuing to provide great clinical standards and client care. They strive to offer great working rota with flexibility and a focus on good work-life balance.
They are looking for the following skills:
Great teamwork and receptiveness to learn
Ability to manage and drive a successful team
Grow the practice and bond the client base
Mentor a junior veterinary associate
Independent consulting skills
Problem-based, logical case approach
Sound surgical and dentistry skills.
Rota:
This role comes with an excellent rota 4/5 day week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am-1pm).
Salary:
£70,000 per annum, Up to, depending on experience
