A leading, well-established veterinary group in the Leicester area is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Vet to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. We're looking for a full-time (or part-time) colleague who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is ready to grow their career.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Also on offer is a relocation package!

Why Choose this Hospital?

Located in the wider Leicester area, this role is based entirely at our modern, purpose-built Tier 3 Hospital, offering fantastic continuity of care and exposure to a diverse caseload. You'll work within a practice that deeply values work-life balance, clinical excellence, and staff well-being.

Exceptional Facilities & Team Support:

  • Utilise our in-house CT scanner, advanced dental suites with X-ray, video endoscopy, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope, arthroscopy, and advanced ophthalmology equipment.

  • We champion both our primary care vets and our advanced referral services. Whether you love general practice or have a bias towards Inpatient Care or Surgery, we can accommodate your interests!

  • Our facility has achieved RCVS Tier 3 Hospital accreditation and holds a Gold Cat-Friendly Status.

  • Support for your development: We actively encourage and fund certificate studies and hold regular clinical case discussions and team meetings.

A Rota That Works for You:

  • Hours: 40 hours over an optional 4 or 5 days. Flexible working patterns are welcome and can be discussed.

  • Out of Hours: A manageable 1:4 Saturday (8:30 am–2:00 pm) and 1:15 Sunday (8:00 am–7:00 pm).

  • NO NIGHTS: We have a dedicated night team, ensuring a true work-life balance for our day staff.

Commitment to Your Well-being:

  • We prioritise your physical and mental health through personalised rotas and comprehensive wellness programs.

  • Access mental health support, counselling services, stress management resources, and monthly well-being events. We are also working towards becoming an endometriosis-friendly employer.

You will need to be confident and proficient in:

  • Routine neutering of all sizes (including FLANK cat spays).
