An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Practice Manager to take the next step in their career within a well-established, multi-site veterinary group located in Perth’s southern suburbs.
This role offers the chance to lead three established, community-focused veterinary clinics, each with strong client loyalty, experienced clinical teams, and a shared commitment to high standards of care, collaboration, and professional development.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, the Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the three clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, a consistently excellent client experience, and a positive, engaged workplace culture.
This position will suit a confident, commercially minded leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence and who is ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily operations across all clinic locations

Lead, mentor, and develop administrative, reception, and clinical support teams

Manage recruitment, rostering, payroll, accounts, and banking processes

Ensure high standards of patient care and exceptional client experience

Identify training needs and support ongoing skills development

Promote and uphold clinic values and team culture

Partner closely with clinical leaders to review performance, drive growth, and ensure long-term business sustainability
About You

Proven experience in practice management, operations, or team leadership

Strong background delivering excellent client experience in a leadership role

Veterinary industry experience preferred

Certificate IV in Business desirable but not essential

Confident people leader with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style
