You’ll be stepping into a thriving, well-established emergency and specialty hospital with an enviable caseload and close proximity to San Francisco, wine country, coastal escapes, and major academic hubs.
A standout feature of this opportunity is the ability to influence the development of the surgical department—from selecting equipment to shaping workflow and clinical standards as the hospital prepares to grow into a new specialty wing.
You’ll collaborate with exceptional ER clinicians, RVTs, and assistants who value teamwork, communication, and delivering outstanding patient care. The workplace culture is positive, professional, and refreshingly drama-free.
