Our client who we are pleased to be working with have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team at their purpose-built facility. This role would suit a caring small animal vet who is looking to enjoy a perfect balance between consulting and operating on a variety of routine and occasional urgent cases, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday.


Rota:

Their flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work life balance. Whether you are looking to fix or flex your work patterns, they can find the right solution for you. Their practice is open from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday mornings – there is no OOH requirement for this role and they are be more than happy to discuss flexible shift patterns within these times so that you can enjoy an excellent work-life balance.


Role:

Experience is preferred, but they are also keen to hear from more recent graduates looking to take the next step in their career. They are a wonderful friendly and supportive team, keen to discuss cases and support less experienced members of the team. You will be working alongside three senior vets with a combined over 50 years’ experience who can offer advice and assistance whenever it is needed. They have an excellent team of support staff who do a great job keeping the vets in line! CPD including studying for certificates is encouraged and funded. 


About them:

They are based in a lovely purpose-built practice which is very spacious and has all the usual toys, they do also have plans to develop a Hydrotherapy unit in the near future. Living accommodation could be provided if desired. Located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, they are close to the sea, boasting some of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the country, yet only 15 miles from the city of Norwich. The local area is diverse with many lovely walks, lots of wildlife and the chance to partake in water-based activities including stand up paddle boarding, sailing and kayaking.

Salary:

Up to £75,000 DOE, Relocation Allowance up to £5000 plus up to £7,500 Welcome Bonus
