Our client who we are thrilled to be working with are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to expand their Veterinary team, they are looking for a confident and capable all-rounder who strives for high clinical standards in general practice.

Role:

The role will be split between consulting, operating and inpatient management, so a level of experience is required but not essential, as there will be a mentor available for you. They are expanding their Practice due to high demand and need to complement their already well-equipped team. 

Rota:

Their flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career. The rota includes working 40 hours per week over 4 days. Full-time shifts are from 9:00am-6:00pm or 9:30am-6:30pm with 1 in 4 weekends and no out of hours.

About them:

The hub of their RCVS Accredited Practice in the center of Buckie which is fitted out with a full range of diagnostic and surgical equipment, allowing their team to work to the high standards. They have a total of 3 branches in the area, which all have a great client base that is 50% insured and motivated to work up cases.

Currently they have 10 FTE Vets,  8 Day Nurses, 3 VCA and a support team of friendly and professional receptionists, practice management and administrators. They cultivate a progressive and supportive attitude to their staff’s health and wellbeing, to maximize their job satisfaction whilst protecting their personal life.

Salary:

​Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000 and welcome bonus up to £5,000
