Veterinary Surgeon - Bolton, Greater Manchester
An opportunity has opened for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy 24 hour hospital in Bolton. The practice manages a varied caseload across both first opinion and referral work, offering excellent clinical exposure within a well supported hospital environment.
The Hospital
The Bolton site is a well equipped facility with strong surgical and diagnostic capability, including:
- 8 consulting rooms
- 3 theatres
- Dedicated X ray and dental suite
- On site CT scanner
- Separate dog and cat wards
- Dedicated ICU ward
The caseload includes both medical and surgical cases, with regular orthopaedic procedures carried out on site.
The Team
You will work alongside certificate holders and advanced practitioners in both medicine and surgery, creating a collaborative environment with strong opportunities for case discussion and ongoing clinical development.
The Role
- 40 hour week
- 4 day working week
- Weekends on rota
