Our client who we are pleased to be working with are on the look out for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Role:
Full-time and part-time applicants considered. You will be responsible for delivering high standard clinical care while building lasting relationships with clients and fellow colleagues. The ideal candidate would be at least 3 years qualified and confident with 15-minute appointments, performing routine consultations and procedures. A willingness to learn is important as active development is encouraged and supported.
Rota:
Full-time rota is a 40-hour (4-day) week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 6 weekends. There is no on call. However, there is an inpatient rota, where the vet provides back-up to the nurse on evening checks. Any patient that requires constant monitoring is transported to their OOH provider. Time off in-lieu is available following working the weekend or open for discussion as part of a salary package. Start times are 9am to 7pm weekdays. 9am to 4pm Saturdays and 10am to 4pm Sundays. The role consists of a mix of both consulting and surgery.
Part-time applicants will be requested to contribute towards the weekend rota.

This is a small animal primary care practice, with 4 closely located sites. They have been established within the local area for over 40 years. They have a new position for an additional experienced veterinary surgeon to join their established team.

Salary:
£80,000 per annum, Up to, depending on experience
