Happy to be working with an established independent small animal practice in Galway is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a well-run, community-focused clinic with a loyal client base and a genuine emphasis on practising high-quality medicine in a calm, positive environment. The team pride themselves on collaboration, continuity of care, and giving clinicians the freedom to work cases up properly.
The Role
Full-time or part-time options available
Hours negotiable
No weekend work
No OOH
First opinion small animal GP role
Supportive, experienced team environment
Planned start date around June 2026

Independent, established practice (operating since 2009)
Purpose-built, modern facilities
Good mix of consults and surgery
Well-equipped with in-house diagnostics and imaging
Supportive culture with long-standing staff and clients
About You
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
Registered or eligible for registration with the VCI
Comfortable in first opinion practice
Team-oriented, personable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
