 Our clien thwo we are thrilled to be working with have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated veterinary surgeon to join their practice. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or newly qualified, this is your chance to expand your skills in a supportive environment. Their practice features a 4.5 vet surgery team with a diverse range of surgical and internal medicine expertise.

About you:
The ideal candidate will be a down-to-earth team player looking to provide the very best veterinary care to their loyal clients. They are passionate about creating a fun and inclusive work environment and want any new team members to have the same ethos. You will be fully supported by a fantastic Nurse team who run their own clinics to keep you free to work up your cases.

About the role:
Their case load is varied from neutering and dentistry to soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics. Sick pet, initial vaccination courses and boosters have 20 minute appointments so there's time to examine your patient and write up any notes. They have flexibility in the team to support a consult vet if medicine and client care is your passion. Likewise if you're more of a theatre vet they can increase theatre time and reduce your time in the consult room They run 20-minute consults and protect your lunch break so you always get to eat and relax.

Working pattern:

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, They can be flexible to accommodate a 4 or 5 day week. Weekends are Saturday mornings until 1pm 1 in 4 and no OOH, Sundays or Bank holidays giving you a great work life balance.
