Our client who we are pleased to be working with have an exciting opportunity to join their amazing First Opinion Vet Team – based between their state of the art hospital site and one of their branch practices.
About them
This practice is a multi-disciplinary site that actively encourages collaboration between their referral and first opinion/ECC teams. The site offers all the ‘mod cons’ you would expect, and provides an excellent platform for their team to be able to work cases up fully and pursue their personal clinical interests.
Their 4 branch practices are fully equipped, and self-sufficient, but have the back up and support of the hospital site when needed. They are far from vaccine clinics, having a varied and interesting caseload.
The Role
Hospital and Branch Clinic days each week
Client bonds and continuity of GP work
ECC and inpatient hospital work
Opportunity for training in laparoscopic procedures
Certificate Study/Clinical development actively supported
4 day week, with 1 in 5 Saturday OR Sunday shift (38hr week) allowing a great work/life balance.
Part-time/flexible working options
No nights/twilights or on-call- this is all covered by their dedicated ECC team
Key Details:
35-65k Salary – dependant on experience
Working 1 bank holiday day shift/year
Up to 6.6 weeks holiday, inclusive of Bank holidays – options to buy and sell
Sick pay of 2 weeks full pay and 4 weeks half pay
5 days CPD, with a budget of £1750
VDS and RCVS fees paid, as well as two additional professional subscriptions
