The Role
This position provides the chance to work in a busy, diverse clinical environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary certificate holders in the region. The practice actively encourages progression toward new qualifications or the continuation of existing certificates.

- Location: Based Bracknell, Berkshire the practice is a well-equipped, first-opinion clinic offering a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear and compassionate client communication, ensuring the best outcomes for their pets.
- Maintain high standards of professional excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Create accurate treatment and care plans with transparent cost estimates.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Ensure smooth clinical handovers and appropriate patient care transitions for out-of-hours needs.
- Share and implement clinical best practices across the practice and wider network.
Requirements
- Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Proven experience delivering outstanding care to patients and clients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate strong clinical leadership skills.
- Experience supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, optimizing clinic efficiency.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring colleagues to achieve their best.
