About the Role:
As a Regional Mentor Veterinarian, you’ll provide hands-on training and guidance to new graduate veterinarians and those transitioning into general practice. You’ll travel across multiple practices in the LA area, offering mentorship and stepping in as a practicing veterinarian when needed. Additionally, you will lead clinical discussions, organize continuing education sessions, and foster a culture of growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship to new graduate veterinarians and those transitioning into practice
- Offer guidance and hands-on training across multiple practices in the LA area
- Organize CE sessions and foster a collaborative learning environment
- Lead by example in practicing high-quality medicine

Qualifications:
- DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License
- USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain)
