What’s Different About This Role?
- No GP work – exclusively urgent/emergent care, walk-ins, and acute cases
- No overnights or on-call – shifts run from 12pm to 12am
- Predictable rota – 3x12 hour shifts/week gives you four full days off
- Dynamic team – work alongside another DVM, plus an RVT and veterinary assistant
- Virtual reception – admin tasks are handled off-site, so you can focus purely on clinical work
- New, modern facility with excellent equipment and a support-first culture
- Base salary from $120,000+, depending on experience
- 25% production bonus – shared across the hospital team (no competing for cases)
- Equity offered –without reducing your salary
- Relocation support available for standout candidates
- Clinical freedom, full transparency, and support from a central admin team who handles the operational side of things
- Confident in emergency medicine or fast-paced general practice
- Licensed (or eligible for license in Canada)

- Open to occasional sole charge (though always supported)
- Open to working across multiple sites (optional, not required)
