The Practice
This is a highly regarded, multi-site small animal practice with a loyal and growing client base. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality first-opinion care, with a strong focus on clinical standards, wellbeing, and building sustainable veterinary careers.

The practice operates its own OOH service with experienced vets and a dedicated night nurse team, ensuring excellent continuity of care.
The Role

Full-time, 40 hours per week (part-time considered)

Flexible working options available

Some branch work, including occasional sole-charge consulting

No OOH required (optional participation available if desired)

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
You will enjoy a varied and interesting caseload with strong clinical support and the opportunity to develop your interests further.

An experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Confident with routine consultations and surgery

VetGDP completed

Keen to develop in-house services, particularly in surgery or orthopaedics

Motivated to continue learning within a well-resourced, collaborative team
The Team & Culture
You’ll be joining a large, friendly team of around 65 colleagues, including certificate holders in medicine, dentistry and ECC, alongside highly skilled RVNs with advanced certifications in ECC, surgery, anaesthesia and physiotherapy.
