Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are working closely with a practice in Darlington, County Durham. Their amazing colleague is sadly leaving them which means their fabulously friendly team are seeking to recruit a new Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon.
The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about their work, with a desire to offer excellent clinical standards to their expanding client base.
About:
They would ideally like an experienced Vet, but they would consider a new graduate. They are an extremely supportive and approachable team, with training to become VetGPD approved underway.
CPD, certificates, and other professional qualifications are encouraged and financially supported. They currently have a Medicine certificate holder and other team members working towards certificates in Dermatology and Dentistry.
Some of their facilities include a brand-new high spec ultrasound scanner, endoscopy, X-ray suite including dental radiography, two theatres, three consult rooms, and segregated dog, cat, and small furry wards.
Working hours:
4-day working week 8.30am-6.30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.30-12.30pm.
They run 15-minute consults between 8.30am-10.30am and then 4.30pm-6.30pm, with plenty of time for operations, clinical investigations, and lunch in between these times.
No Out-of-Hours
