Multi Vet Team | Modern, Purpose Built Practice | Career Progression

If you’re a small animal vet who enjoys working in a supportive, multi vet environment with proper facilities behind you, this Doncaster opportunity is well worth a look.

I’m working with a modern, well established practice in Doncaster that’s looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon into their friendly team. This is a great option for someone who values doing things properly, early diagnostics, solid case follow through, and being part of a team that genuinely works well together.

The Role
You’ll be joining a customer focused practice where clinical standards and client care go hand in hand. You’ll have the support of both clinical and non clinical colleagues, with a team culture that’s collaborative and consistent.

You can expect a varied first opinion caseload with a focus on:

  • Preventive care and client education
  • Early diagnostics and thorough work ups
  • Case continuity and treatment plan follow through
  • A strong team approach across the practice

They’re ideally looking for a vet who is:

  • 3+ years experienced (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year UK practice experience
  • Confident with routine medicine and surgery
  • A clear communicator with a team first mindset
  • Passionate about pet wellbeing and high clinical standards
  • Keen to keep developing and progressing

Why Doncaster?
Doncaster is a brilliant location for quality of life, offering a great balance of affordability and convenience. It’s well connected for travel and commuting, with plenty of space, good local amenities, and a lower cost of living than many major UK cities.

Benefits Package:

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Employee benefits and retail discounts
  • Health and wellbeing support programme
  • Funded memberships
  • Staff surgery discounts
  • CPD allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Internal leadership training
  • Progression support & development

The Practice:
This is a purpose built, modern veterinary practice with excellent facilities and a team that’s genuinely passionate about delivering high quality care. The team includes vets with a range of interests, and there’s support for further development and certificate progression.
