They are now looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon as part of their continued growth.
The Role
- Small animal position within a busy, well supported hospital environment
- Suitable for vets 18 months plus qualified who have completed VetGDP
- Open to all rounder or medical and surgical vets
- Opportunity to develop certificates and special interests
- Structured, collaborative caseload with strong senior support
- Fully independent, RCVS accredited hospital group
- Large, experienced clinical team with multiple certificate holders
- Longer consults as standard and protected theatre days
- No billing targets or pressure

Working Pattern
- Four day working week
- Protected lunch breaks and admin time
- Structured rota with fair weekend and night cover
- Out of hours for their own clients only
- Nights fully supported with RVN cover and senior backup
- Generous recovery time following night shifts

Requirements
- Minimum 18 months post qualification experience
- VetGDP completed
