An independent small animal practice in Surrey is expanding its team and now seeks an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical interest. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values genuine clinical freedom, a supportive working environment, and protected time for work-life balance.
The role
Four days per week with a balance of consults and surgery
One in three Saturday mornings only
No out of hours
Structured diary with breaks for admin and lunch
Occasional sole charge within a supportive rota
The practice
A well-equipped, independent setting with a collaborative culture that promotes ideas, case continuity and progression. Peripatetic surgeons visit regularly, offering orthopaedics, soft tissue, dentistry and cardiology in-house. The team currently comprises around 2.5 FTE vets, with plans to expand further.
