A well-established gold-standard small animal hospital in Melbourne’s north-east is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join its supportive and collaborative team.

The Opportunity
This is a varied and rewarding role in a busy small animal hospital where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of medical and surgical cases while being supported by experienced colleagues and a highly skilled nursing team.
The clinic manages a diverse caseload including general medicine, surgery, and behavioural workups, providing an excellent environment for continued professional development.
Collaboration is central to the team culture, with veterinarians regularly sharing knowledge and supporting one another with case discussions.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:

A recognised veterinary degree

Eligibility for veterinary registration in Victoria, Australia

At least 2 years’ experience in small animal practice

Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues

An interest in developing clinical skills across a varied caseload
