A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Small Animal Vet to join a thriving, multi-site practice in the West Midlands, just 30 minutes from Birmingham city centre. Whether you're looking to continue growing clinically or take the next step in your career, this role offers excellent caseload variety, a strong team culture, and genuine flexibility.

The Role

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time considered (minimum 35 hours)

  • Shared rota: 1 in 10 full weekends (Sat & Sun), plus 1 in 5 Saturdays

  • Time off in lieu for weekends worked

  • Based primarily at a central hospital site, with occasional branch cover

  • Be part of a 16-vet team, including 7 Certificate holders across medicine, dermatology, cardiology, dentistry, ophthalmology, soft tissue and orthopaedics

  • Further 6 vets currently working toward certificates – full clinical and financial support provided for further study

  • Excellent team support from experienced RVNs, PCAs, and a dedicated overnight nursing team

  • Regular exposure to referral-level cases in-house, plus access to external referral centres for further development
