With the clinics' Practice Manager, you will guide the team & oversee all aspects of the hospital.

The clinic are a fun, close knit team, experienced vets, supported by a 6-nurse team.…The clinic is located in the heart of Craigieburn, only 40 minutes’ drive from the Melbourne CBD. The area is a vastly growing location, with a substantial shopping and retail zone. Craigieburn is a great place for any family to live, with heaps of shops and schools within walking distance.
Responsibilities:
Treat animals medically and surgically, and administering and prescribing drugs, analgesics, and general and local anaesthetics
Determine the presence and nature of abnormal conditions by physical examination, laboratory testing and through diagnostic imaging techniques including radiography and ultrasound
Perform surgery various soft tissue (basic orthopaedic skills favourable but not essential)
Advise clients on health, nutrition and feeding, hygiene, and care of animals
What the clinic are looking for…ideally you will be an experienced leader (min 3 years clinical experience, looking to work with a team that love their jobs and are passionate about providing, quality world class patient care. The ideal candidate will be clinically proficient and organized with experience in small animal general practice and soft tissue surgery. Experienced surgeons would be preferred.
