Lloyd & Cowan are a specialist veterinary recruitment team and therefore we are working with a long-standing veterinary practice in Lancashire, who are seeking to appoint an Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. The surgery has been fitted out to a high standard with fantastic dental x-ray and good dental equipment installed throughout.
Key abilities:
You will be confident with all consultations and general surgery
Shape the future within a growing veterinary practice
The ability of case workups and clinical freedom will be required
The successful candidate will have a passion for developing the practice and their employees
Ensure the smooth running of the practice from day-to-day
Shift pattern:
The working pattern is 38 hours per week, worked over 4 days
You will be required to work 1:3 Saturday mornings
There are no OOH or overnight inpatients
Requirements:
Registered with the RCVS, or meet the requirements
Excellent leadership skills
Have previous leadership experience
Be approachable and display excellent communication skills
