Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who are looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. Their Nurses currently have rota’d set shifts per day including ops Nurses, consulting Nurses, inpatient Nurses and floating Nurses.
Rota:
They have some nurses who work 4 long days and one day off, and others that work 4.5 days a week. Their opening hours are from 8.00am-7.30pm (one late shift per week). There will be 1 in 6 weekends from 8.30am- 5.00pm Saturday consulting, and inpatient duty surrounding this. There are no out of hours other than in-house/inpatient care (most get sent to an OOH provider) and one inpatient duty per week.

This practice is a progressive SA first opinion practice with up-to-date technology. It is part of a 5-site group so there's a brilliant opportunity for learning and delivers an excellent support network for growth and development.
Their team is made up of 4/5 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses and full reception cover. They have a referral site within the group where they regularly see ortho/dental/opth/physio referrals. They pride themselves on their wellbeing initiatives and team engagement.
Salary:
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits
