Overview
A large 24-hour veterinary hospital in East London is seeking an experienced RVN who enjoys a varied, well-supported hospital environment. Ideal for someone confident across departments or looking to continue developing their clinical skills.
The Role
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Rotations across theatre, wards, consults and ECC
Suitable for RVNs with a couple of years of experience
Training support available for any areas you’d like to strengthen
Leadership development available for progression
First-opinion and internal referral caseload from nearby branches
Advanced facilities including CT, commercial laboratory and surgical teams performing orthopaedics, soft tissue and MIS procedures
The Team
Around 25 vets
27 RVNs
14 SVNs
7 VCAs
Experienced client care team
Rota
1 in 4 weekends with TOIL
Up to 3 bank holidays per year
Last-resort on-call rotation
Two RVNs and one VCA present overnight
Location
East London with excellent Central Line transport links
Access to both urban amenities and nearby green space
No on-site parking; public transport recommended
Salary and Benefits
£32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
