You’ll join a forward-thinking hospital with all the toys: digital X-ray, colour Doppler ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring with capnography and NIBP, dedicated theatres, laparoscopic spays, tonometry, and much more. Both sites hold RCVS Small Animal General Practice Awards — so clinical standards are high, but the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive.
The team? 6 brilliant vets, 6 skilled RVNs, and 12 friendly support staff who all pull together. It’s the kind of place where you can laugh between consults, be heard when you have ideas, and get stuck into proper hands-on nursing.
What’s on offer
- Up to £14.18/hr (DOE)
- £1,000 CPD budget (pro-rata) – travel and accommodation included
- Flexible start: maternity cover from December, or earlier on a permanent basis
- Ideally Wednesdays–Fridays, but open to discussion
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (currently closer to 1 in 6)
- No out-of-hours. Ever.
