The Role:

  • We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly team in County Wicklow.

  • This role offers a varied mix of duties including nurse clinics, post-op checks, emergency triage, inpatient care, and surgical nursing.

  • Ideal Rota: 4-day weeks, average 36 hours per week, 1:6 weekends, no OOH

About the Practice:

  • We are pleased to be representing a progressive practice is based on the main street of a beachside village, with access to the Dublin Bus and DART.

  • The facilities include brand new ultrasound, therapeutic laser, in house haematology and biochemistry, microscopy, multiparameter anaesthesia monitoring. Our fantastic team consists of 4 vets, 2 experienced nurses and a student nurse.

  • As a practice, they are constantly evolving and we strongly encourage professional development, with 3 of their team members working towards certificates. Every member of staff is equally valued and we work as a team to create the best possible environment for our staff and clients alike.

The Ideal Applicant:

  • Due to the level of experience in they team, they can support our Registered Veterinary Nurses at any stage of their career. Whether you are just starting or looking to expand on your nursing skills, any experience level will be considered.
