We are currently working with a long-established and highly regarded veterinary practice in Kilkenny that is looking to recruit an additional Large Animal Vet to join their expanding farm-animal team.
This is a solely farm animal role, offering an excellent work–life balance with a 4-day working week, no out-of-hours, and no on-call duties.
The Role
You will be involved in a varied large animal caseload, including TB testing alongside routine clinical work and farm call-outs. The practice places a strong emphasis on herd health planning, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
This opportunity would suit a vet with a few years’ post-graduate experience. A certificate holder, or someone keen to pursue further qualifications in herd health, would be particularly well suited. CPD and further development are actively encouraged and fully supported.
