I’m Talal Jomar, International Recruitment Consultant at Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment, and I’m currently partnering with a high-performing small animal clinic in Western Sydney, to recruit a Full-Time Veterinarian.

The Role

  • Full-time position within a Monday to Saturday roster

  • Mix of consulting and surgery, including routine and more complex procedures aligned to your experience

  • Manage medical cases from initial consult through to follow-up

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and trust

  • Contribute to clinic performance, team development, and continuous improvement

  • Be supported by engaged leadership, including veterinary-qualified management and senior nursing mentorship

About You

  • Veterinary qualification with eligibility for state registration

  • 3+ years’ experience in small animal general practice
