Lloyd & Cowan is a specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy who are delighted to be representing an established modern veterinary practice based in Bridgend, Wales who are actively recruiting a Lead Vet.
It has all the facilities you would expect of a modern practice including digital radiography, ultrasonography, an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory and dedicated surgical facility.
We are passionate about delivering a high level of patient care and clinical standards, some of your day-to-day duties will include;
· Performing first opinion consults
· Training and coaching new graduates
· Performing basic and non-routine surgical procedures
· Training others and delivering a high level of clinical care and standards
· Maintaining clinical standards and adopting practice policies
· Engaging the clinical team
Requirement:
· Need a dynamic, experienced vet to come on board as a Clinical Lead.
· RCVS registration
Renumeration:
· Salary up to £60k
· Full-time, 4-day week
· No on call
· Up to six weeks leave in addition to the above
· CPD encouraged with a generous budget
· RCVS and VDS fees paid
