Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are delighted to be representing a modern purpose-built Veterinary Practice based in Whitstable who are actively recruiting a Head Small Animal Vet to join ever expanding team due to the exceptional high levels of service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Vet to advance their management career with the support of an exceptional leadership team and a customised leadership program.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the Practice Director and Clinical Lead Vet to establish and maintain high clinical standards.
· Mentor and support the clinical team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirement:
· An experienced small animal vet with strong capabilities and confidence in mentoring and leadership.
· Able to work full-time, with flexible working or part-time hours also considered.
Salary & benefits:
· Competitive Salary: Up to £84,000.00 per annum (depending on experience).
