The Role:
As Head Companion Animal Nurse, you’ll:
Lead and support a team of three nurses, ensuring top-quality patient care.
Work alongside four vets, reception staff, and a practice manager to maintain high standards.
Drive operational excellence across clinical services.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.
What We’re Looking For:
Recognised veterinary nursing qualification.
Minimum of three years of nursing experience, ideally with leadership exposure, or proven leadership experience in another field.
Experience with anaesthesia monitoring (including capnography), dental procedures, and surgical nursing including orthopaedics.
Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
A passion for delivering excellent patient care and supporting your team.
