The Role:
As Head Companion Animal Nurse, you’ll:

  • Lead and support a team of three nurses, ensuring top-quality patient care.

  • Work alongside four vets, reception staff, and a practice manager to maintain high standards.

  • Drive operational excellence across clinical services.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised veterinary nursing qualification.

  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience, ideally with leadership exposure, or proven leadership experience in another field.

  • Experience with anaesthesia monitoring (including capnography), dental procedures, and surgical nursing including orthopaedics.

  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

  • A passion for delivering excellent patient care and supporting your team.
