At Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment, we are delighted to be supporting a well-established mixed practice based in Anglesey, covering the wider areas of Gwynedd and Conwy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mixed Vet seeking a varied caseload within a friendly, supportive team in a truly stunning coastal location.


The Practice

The practice treats small animals, farm animals and equine patients across multiple branches. With a strong team of experienced vets, nurses and support staff—many with specialist interests—you will be joining a collaborative and welcoming environment.

A 24/7 in-house emergency service is provided for large animal and equine work, ensuring excellent continuity of care.


The Role

  • Full-time permanent position

  • Option for a 4- or 5-day week (part-time considered)

  • 1 night on-call per week

  • 1 weekend in 5 on-call

  • Working across multiple sites

  • Mix of small animal, farm and equine work

This role would suit a confident vet able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £35,000–£45,000 DOE

  • 6.6 weeks’ holiday including bank holidays

  • £1,750 CPD allowance

  • RCVS membership plus two additional subscriptions paid
