We are looking for a Head Nurse to lead this nursing team, promoting and ensuring excellent standards of care to the practices' patients and clients.
About the Branch:
They are a well-established RCVS accredited mixed practice located in a picturesque market town in Cornwall. Treating a variety of species including seals and exotics. You will be joining a wonderful, friendly nursing team of 5 RVNs, 3 SVNS and 2 ANAs.
About you:
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be capable of decision making and problem solving. The successful candidate would need to work closely alongside the Practice Manager and Clinical Directors, to maintain the high clinical standards. This role needs an organised individual with excellent communication skills and the exceptional ability to motivate the whole nursing team.
The role:
32 – 40 hours per week
1 in 7 on call rota
1 in 5 Saturday mornings
Schedule 3 procedures supported.
