Our client who we are pleased to be working with a practice who have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Nurse to lead their nursing team. You’ll manage nurse consults, anaesthesia, and support their practice director while driving the development of our practice.
You will work with a varied small animal caseload and they actively encourage professional growth, including funding for CPD and certificates.

They are an RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Luton, well-equipped with a lab, sterile theatre, radiography, dental x-ray, and 3 consulting rooms.
Their dedicated team includes the Practice Director, Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon, and experienced nursing and reception staff, all committed to delivering the best patient care.
Flexible Rota Options
This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with shifts between 8:30am - 7:30pm and 1:3 Saturday mornings. Part-time hours and flexible working arrangements are open for discussion.
Salary:
Up to £36,000 DOE
