Are you an experienced Mixed Veterinary surgeon looking to join an exceptional team and work on both Small & Farm animal workloads? Look no further as this 18 Vet practice could be your next Team.....
This practice is two-site practice that seeks a Mixed Vet who values time off as much as time on. 6 weeks holiday, with a full week off after your week of nights, (1 in 9: weekend on, then M-F overnights only) giving you another 5-6 weeks off per year.
No routine sole charge, 2nd on-call, and senior Vet back up OOH when needed.
The practice is only 10 minutes away from Glasgow Airport, and a 20-minute drive to beautiful Loch Lomond to spend your many days off. They also support visa sponsorship for overseas cadidates.
Cases & Equipment:
Several routine fertility visits with weekly/fortnightly scanning.
Beef and sheep farmer groups with regular social/remote meets. Bull/ram fertility equipment. Mobile scanner, X-ray unit, and endoscope.
Up-to-date dental equipment and DR dental radiography, in-house lab, ultrasound, and digital x-ray at each site. Cert. Ophthalmologist and Acupuncturists within the team, and weekly diagnostic imaging specialist visits.
Close links with Glasgow University and SAC. Frequent in-house and locally arranged CPD (out-with generous 5-day/£1750 CPD budget) to suit your skill development.
The Ideal Veterinary Candidate:
This would suit a Large Animal Vet looking to do mixed work as Small Animal experience preferred but not essential, there is an experienced team of Vets and Nurses on hand for support and guidance.
