An established, large independent specialist & emergency hospital in Singapore is seeking an experienced Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Surgeon to join their high-performing team.

The Hospital
This modern 10,000 sq. ft. referral and emergency facility is fully equipped with advanced diagnostics and treatment capabilities, including CT, 1.5T MRI, digital radiography, interventional radiology, ICU, rehabilitation, dedicated dog, cat and exotics wards, and three surgical suites (including fluoroscopy).
You will be joining a team of 20+ veterinarians, including board-certified specialists, a criticalist and experienced emergency clinicians, supported by over 60 skilled nurses and technicians.
The Role
This position is suited to an ECC veterinarian who can confidently manage the emergency department and deliver a high standard of emergency and critical care.
- Managing a varied emergency and critical care caseload
- Working a rota of approximately 3–4 shifts per week, including a mix of day, night and swing shifts
- Working collaboratively alongside specialists and referral clinicians
- Providing leadership within ECC and supporting junior team members where required
- Delivering gold-standard patient care in a multidisciplinary setting
You would be joining an established ECC team of 9 emergency veterinarians, including 2 ECC Specialists. Initial guidance and support will be provided, with progression to independent working once agreed by the ECC Specialist team.
About You
- Experienced ECC veterinarian with strong emergency case management skills
- Comfortable progressing towards independent emergency work
- Confident communicator and team player
- Eligible (or able to become eligible) for veterinary licensure in Singapore
