Ready to lead a team and put your experience to good use?
A well-established practice on the outskirts of Dublin is looking for a Clinical Director to join their friendly and down-to-earth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced small animal vet who’s keen to step into leadership, support others, and have a genuine say in how the clinic moves forward.
The Clinic
With over 25 years of providing trusted, affordable care, this is a close-knit team of 5 vets, 4 qualified nurses, a receptionist, and an animal care assistant. The clinic is fully equipped with digital x-ray, in-house lab, and modern surgical facilities – and they're always open to investing in more equipment if it’ll make life easier. They’re currently undergoing a full refurbishment, so the incoming Clinical Director will be stepping into a newly upgraded space.
The culture here is light-hearted and supportive – the kind of place where people have each other’s backs, and there’s usually someone offering to do the coffee run.
What They’re Looking For
A confident small animal vet with several years’ experience and a collaborative mindset. Prior leadership experience would be a bonus, but not essential – support will be offered for vets ready to take that next step. Whether you're looking to pass on your clinical knowledge, shape the direction of the practice, or simply have more autonomy day to day, this role offers all of that.
